AEA Superintendent Announcement
Please share at your Superintendent meeting in April
On April 11th the Department of Education, in partnership with the American Institutes for Research, will launch a survey to evaluate the progress Teacher Leadership and Compensation is making toward its intended goals. This survey is for all teachers and administrators – even if your district won’t implement TLC until next year.
The survey is voluntary and confidential, but highly encouraged. Weekly prize drawings will be held and districts that have at least 50% of their teaching staff participate will receive a district level report.
Please watch for an email from AIR between April 4th and 8th with more details. You will be asked to share the administrator survey link with district administrators and take it yourself. Principals will be provided with a link to the teacher survey to share with their staff.
